I'd like specific help in receiving feedback or giving feedback - navigating difficult conversations without going into the scramble. My husband will be taking this new assessment too, so I know it will help me to meet his core need and appeal to his core gift. But all that scares me too.
I'm excited about the new assessment. Just got PQ certified, and have already begun helping others. Cliched accolades can't do this stuff justice. Thanks Mike for changing my life.
The farmer image made me smile, Mike. Learning from the sun, the rain and the soil is how I'd describe most real learning. I believe credentials are one of those answers handed to us early: the letters after a name tell us who to listen to, before we've asked whether what they say holds up in our own life. If experience outranks both belief and counter-belief, then nobody gets to talk you out of something you have actually lived. That's what I call first questions… asking yourself what others have already answered for you, including who gets to be an authority. And I love that you still put your own work under the microscope. Testing your own answer is the same practice, pointed inward.
So should I wait to take the test or will it be awhile before your update it? Sounds cool and congrats!

Thank you. I would love to see the adjustments that have been made when they come out.
Congratulations on doing a great job.
