Thank you Mike. This was me last 5 years. To include the loss of my spouse. Protecting those under my charge. At the expense of myself and family. The 7 primal questions along with a couple other books helped me to pull myself out.
I'd like to give back. Learning all of this is for not if I don't share and help someone else suffering. Hopefully I can get on your coaching program in the fall. Thanks again.
Good thoughts to hear and focus on for my own life and story. I am currently having hardships but I am strong, healthy and capable and I get to create my story. Thanks for your thoughts.
Thank you Mike! I always like your posts and find them useful and informative, this one I loved. It has a lot of layers and it open doors to depth of insight. It reminded me of a client I helped who also had painted themselves into a corner by telling only one part of the story. Helping them becoming aware of the whole picture transformed their experience from a perceived failure to a realization of strength and value. Which is an important lesson in life. Your story has more, it also talks about self- compassion, how it helps to open our vision and the resulting resilience. The insight I loved the most is about accuracy, I never saw of it that way, it is very inspiring! In gratitude
