Ouch, Kid Logic is all over my life. This is such great wisdom and I can’t wait to tackle one of these. I’m not waiting for permission to live today. Thanks Mike!

You challenge me, but give grace to keep learning. I know we inherited some unhealthy behaviors and, even though we hoped otherwise, also passed some along to our kids. This article helped us celebrate places where we turned the generational flywheel. Thanks for your wisdom and willingness to share it.

So helpful. The concept of Kid Logic in general is very easy to understand. I liked the break down of full control, partial and not at all. Thank you!

This aligns with developmental psychology: adaptive strategies formed in childhood often persist into adulthood unless they’re consciously replaced with executive regulation, responsibility, and choice. Healthy adulting is less about blame and more about reclaiming agency.

I guess a “Grown Ass Man” isn't a healthy adult after all. Thank you for this!
