One of the things I most appreciate about this is the pain still in your story. You are an example that we don’t have to be 1,000% ‘healed’ before we can become healers. And consciously choosing to become a healer is a tremendous help to our own healing.

Thank you for articulating what Post Traumatic Growth looks like! Similar to lifting weights that tear the muscle to build more muscle, adversities give opportunity to strengthen our abilities to overcome hardship and build character when we are willing to learn from it. It took a long time for me to understand I'm not defined by what's happened to me. But transforming it into a beautiful gift and helping others helps our own internal healing come full circle. Hope awaits us always!! Amazing words MIke!!!
