This is excellent. Leaning into all the primal needs. Thank you Mike. I feel as tho I can move past my question and explore other areas of growth. Ps. I did walk the Camino and it was a transformative and incredible and life giving journey. Great analogy to use for our one life.
I'm nearing the end of Phase 2, I think. I'm always recognizing triggers now, which is a good feeling. My Primal Question coach is the reason I've been able to progress from learning my question about 9 months ago, to feeling like I'm about to gain back an amazing amount of energy!
Where’s the 6th phase? I went through this twice and skimmed it a 3rd time trying to figure out what I missed… which going back was a gift.
I would say I’m stepping through the threshold of phase 4 from 3 — 4 years hiking this trail. And I spent years to decades taking in the scenery at the trailhead parking lot, waffling between the amazement at the revelations of awareness, and frustration that awareness didn’t change much at all within me. Until I was forced onto the trail and compelled to keep walking, and as scary as it was I didn’t die.
